Diana Evans Berman, M.S.W. enjoyed working as a psychotherapist, most of that time in private practice, for 37 years, prior to retiring in 2019. Diana grew up in New York City and later graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Psychology. She then received an M.S.W. from the University of Georgia specializing in clinical social work.

She volunteered for different organizations throughout her life including at the Physicians’ Care Clinic at the front desk during clinic hours and became a board member about 20 years ago. She has chaired the Personnel Committee since 2009.

Diana also volunteers to help those who are unhoused in DeKalb County. Diana is married, has 2 daughters, 2 stepsons and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys time with her family, travel and watercolor painting.
